• State type and Tag numbers
• Example: It is a North Carolina plate and the number is ABC1234
• Color of vehicle
• Make/model (pickup truck, van, Ford, Chevy, etc.)
• And distinguishing marks (special designs painted on sides, etc.)

Location of crime (as specific as possible)

What type of crime is occurring/has occurred and when?

Person/suspect info

• Name, Date of Birth (DOB), or Approximate Age
• Address, if known
• Race and Sex
• Any identifying characteristics like tattoos, scars, marks, special clothing—bandanas/hats/
• Physical descriptors such as height, weight, hair color and type—long/short/curly/dreadlocks
• Any known associates/friends/relatives of suspect/person

The more info you give us, the quicker we can identify people involved (and vehicles, addresses, etc.) and to get this info to the detectives for follow up
