Crime Stoppers Quarterly Meeting | 13 July 2010

Thank you to all those who supported Clayton Crime Stoppers for the year 2009 and 2010.  We really need your help to replenish our pay out fund!!!  Clayton Crime Stoppers’ anonymous reporting line has proven to be a great tool for the Clayton Police Department. We have paid out large amounts for information resulting in arrests for destruction and vandalism at the Clayton Community Center and the burning of the Child Care Facility on Powhatan Road.  Both of these were senseless acts committed by juveniles.  Your contribution will continue to allow Clayton Crime Stoppers to serve the Clayton community by keeping Clayton a safe place to live. Crime Stoppers of Clayton an independent charity working in partnership with the Clayton Police Department to combat and deter crime. 

Crime Stoppers is a world wide program which collects crime information which may help police solve a crime. Some people prefer not to become involved in a police investigation and therefore may not share what they know about a crime directly with police. Crime Stoppers welcomes that same crime information and the person providing it does not need to give his or her name.

We have an anonymous phone number which you can call to report  information about crime.  Calls are not traced and you don't have to give your name.
